Joe Biden, the President of the United States, continues to make new lies. “I had a house burn down with my wife in it — she got out safely, God willing,” he recently told a New Hampshire audience. It was, in reality, a little kitchen fire, according to the Associated Press, with no obvious damage from the street.
In the past, he’s exaggerated the incident, but not as much as this time. He also can’t stop talking about a conversation he had with an Amtrak conductor in his seventh year as vice president, despite the fact that the conductor had retired 15 years before Biden became vice president and had died by the time the story was told.
Biden claims he was hired by an Idaho lumber firm, although there is no evidence of this. He claims to have “driven” an 18-wheeler, which he never did. He claims to have visited Pittsburgh’s Tree of Life synagogue after the 2018 shooting and spoken with the rabbi, despite the synagogue’s claim that he has never been there.
It’s a gimmick, and it’s a troubling one: he invents things to create a bogus personal connection with his audience. Biden has spent practically his entire adult life in Washington, and he is not a low-wage worker fighting to make ends meet.
It could be said that his entire presidency rest on a big fat lie and with no intention to change or one could assume it’s old age/Dementia whatever the case, America is in big trouble if things continue like this.
President Trump got impeached for far less and here we are, Democrats don’t seem to care and Republicans are too busy being silent to do anything.
