“Unconstitutional and unlawful” that’s what the people called Biden administration’s Covid 19 mandate when a coalition of 10 states with Missouri at the helm filed a lawsuit against Biden’s tyrannical mandate which was imposed upon them and their employers.
Arkansas, NORTH DAKOTA, Nebraska, Iowa, Wyoming, Alaska, South Dakota, New Hampshire, and Kansas (with a democratic governor, laura kelly but is a republic state non the less); all joined forces with Missouri against the Unlawful mandate.
Attorney General Eric Schmitt said this in an official statement:
“Unfortunately, with this latest mandate from the Biden Administration, last year’s healthcare heroes are turning into this year’s unemployed,”
Schmitt further stated that forcing health workers to get vaccinated and threatening their primary source of livelihood is “unconstitutional and unlawful” and could further exacerbate labor shortage to the point of collapse, especially in the rural areas of Missouri.
He vowed to continue to do everything in his power to fight Biden’s “Illegal edicts’
workplace vaccination directives are the center of contention in the country currently.
Schmitt called the, mandate an “unprecedented federal overreach” and stated that it put the health of rural America in serious peril.
The joint lawsuit and 58-page filing argues that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) mandate ignores core factors in local practicability of the mandate: that the mandate is not and cannot be a one size fits all solution;
“imposes an unprecedented federal vaccine mandate on nearly every full-time employee, part-time employee, volunteer, and contractor working at a wide range of healthcare facilities receiving Medicaid or Medicaid funding.”
The joint lawsuit filed in a Missouri federal court has been followed by similar lawsuits by republican led states against Biden’s vaccine mandate; imposed on large businesses with over 100 employees.
